Affiliate program terms

Version of 11 October 2026. These terms apply to every partner in the WiFi Weave affiliate programme and are accepted at registration in the partner portal.

1. Commission
Partners earn 25% of each payment WiFi Weave receives from a customer they referred, including recurring subscription payments for as long as the subscription stays active, and one-off report purchases. Commission is calculated on the amount actually received, net of taxes and refunds.
2. Attribution
A customer is attributed to the partner whose referral link they last clicked within the 90 days before creating their account. Attribution is fixed at signup and does not change afterwards.
3. Clearing and payment
Commission is pending until the referred customer’s first full paid month has passed. Commission on a refunded, reversed or charged-back payment is withdrawn. Cleared commission is paid monthly by PayPal once the partner’s balance reaches $100; the partner must keep valid PayPal payout details in the partner portal.
4. Permitted promotion
Partners may share their links on their own websites, videos, newsletters, social profiles, communities and proposals, and must disclose the affiliate relationship where the law of their market requires it.
5. Not permitted
Self-referrals or referrals of the partner’s own company; paid-search or social advertising on “WiFi Weave” or confusingly similar terms; coupon, cashback or discount-code sites; unsolicited email or messaging; misleading claims, fake reviews, or statements about the product that wifiweave.com does not make; and any use of the WiFi Weave name or logo that suggests the partner is WiFi Weave.
6. Review and termination
WiFi Weave reviews applications personally and may decline, suspend or terminate a partner for breach of these terms, with unpaid commission forfeited in cases of fraud or breach. A partner may leave the programme at any time; cleared commission is paid at the next payout.
7. Changes
WiFi Weave may change commission rates or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email; changes do not reduce commission already earned.
8. Independent partners
Partners act independently, bear their own taxes, and have no authority to make commitments on behalf of WiFi Weave. These terms are governed by the law of WiFi Weave’s place of registration.
